Real Estate office in Queen Creek is looking for a Recruiter and Business Builder.

Requirements: 
We are looking for a self-motivated, smart, ambitious, entrepreneurial, driven, successful, passionate professional who has ideally 2 years successful track record in the real estate industry. You have to be tech-savvy with the ability to learn and embrace new changes quickly. 

The right candidate will have strong communication skills including outstanding verbal (telephone) and non-verbal (in person) communication skills. 

You must be a go-getter, able to generate your own leads and drive business. (we also help provide) Licensed AZ RE Agent is a plus. -- Desire to obtain Broker License is a plus. 

Compensation: there are a few options but here is an example:

You will be paid a commission of up to $1,000 per new agent Hired (retroactive sliding scale based on monthly production with payment of $250 to $1,000 per agent recruited for the month). 

You can also work your own Real Estate Deals/Database and get an amazing split. 

There will be additional long term opportunities for the right person to grow with the business including and up to qualification for profit shares and equity ownership.
